Chronicling the career of the museum’s namesake, the Dan Gable Circle features memorabilia from the career of Waterloo’s favorite son, including the warm-up and shoes he wore when he won the gold medal at the 1972 Olympics. It also features highlights of his wrestling career at Waterloo West High School and Iowa State University and his coaching career at the University of Iowa.
