Matthew Singleton

Matthew Singleton was a four-time Georgia state champion with a career record of 213-3 for Woodward Academy in Moreland, Georgia.

He won Georgia 5A state titles at 182 pounds as a senior, 182 pounds as a junior (5A), 160 pounds as a sophomore (4A), and 138 pounds as a freshman (4A).

Singleton wrestled for the USA All-Stars in the Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic and placed seventh at the 2022 U.S. Open in U20 Freestyle.

He won the Don Buchannan Tournament and the Knockout Classic in 2021 and represented the United States in Greco-Roman at the 2021 Junior Pan American Games.

Singleton competed in Greco-Roman at the 2021 Junior World Championships in Ufa, Russia.

He won the Super 32 tournament in 2021 after a runner-up finish in 2020.

Singleton was a two-time National High School Coaches Association champion and had runner-up finishes in both freestyle and Greco-Roman at Fargo in 2019.
