Clackamas Community College Takes 2011 Top Honors



The 2010-11 wrestling season was a tremendous success for Clackamas Community College.  The Cougars took the NJCAA title after winning the Region 18 Championships and NWCA/Cliff Keen National Dual Meet Championships.  Coach Josh Rhoden was named NJCAA Coach of the Year.   It was the 40th anniversary of the Cougars 1971 national title under then head coach Larry Wright.  Heavyweight Tyrell Fourtune won his second NJCAA title.  Previously, Coach Rhoden’s Cougars have finished 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th.
