Gary Bohay
Dr. Gary Bohay had an outstanding wrestling career while a student at Arizona State including a PAC 10 Champion in 1983, NCAA RUNNER-UP in 1983, ASU Male Athlete of the Year-1983, Pac 10 Medal of Outstanding Achievement in Athletics-1983. Gary was a member of the Canadian National team for 1983-1991, 6 time Canadian Champion and 1988 Seoul Olympics - 8th Place. Once retiring from wrestling competition, Gary pursed his medical degree and established a medical practice in Tucson, Arizona. He has continued to serve the wrestling community as well as the athletic teams in Tucson. He has been the team doctor for the Tucson Magpires Rugby Football Club since 1986, a medical consultant to Sunnyside Wrestling, a supporter of the 6th Street gym, headed by Ed Torejon, which provides coaching and leadership to underprivileged kids and athletes. Gary also is involved as an Instructor/preceptor of Nurse practitioner and Pre-Med students.
