Lucas Cordio grew up in Leominster, MA and attended Nashoba Regional High School under coach Pete Connery. He finished with a record of 173-20. In the off-season Lucas wrestled for the Doughboy Wrestling Club. Lucas was a 4 year varsity wrestler at Nashoba Regional. While at Nashoba, he was a 4x Sectional Champion (3x outstanding wrestler), a 3x Division 2 State Champion (4x placer and 2x Outstanding Wrestler), All State Champion (4x placer, 3x Finalist, and Outstanding Wrestler) and New England champion (3x top 3 finisher). Lucas was also a 3x NHSCA All American, Wrestling USA All American, 3x Mid Watch MVP, 3X Boston Herald all star, 4x Telegram and Gazette all star (3x Wrestler of the year). Lucas will be wrestling at the University of Maryland in the Big 10.
