Stabilito leveraged his corporate background and his 1963 Mechanical Engineering degree from Temple University to build modern, highly efficient sports frameworks:

• State Chairperson of the Year: Honored as the USA Wrestling State Chairperson of the Year for 2023, celebrating unparalleled achievements in state organization management.

• Massive Growth Initiatives: Under his leadership as State Chairman (since 2018), state membership exploded from roughly 6,500 athletes to over 12,000.

• Pioneering Women's Wrestling: Played an instrumental role in the historic movement to get girls' wrestling officially sanctioned by the PIAA in Pennsylvania, serving as a dedicated member of Sanction PA to create equitable opportunities for female athletes.
