Cam Tessari was a four-time Ohio state wrestling champion with a career record of 189-6 for Monroeville High School in Monroeville, Ohio.

He, Chris Phillips and Hunter Stieber became the first teammates to win their fourth Ohio state title in the same season. The trio joined Logan Stieber as four-time champs from Monroeville.

Tessari had a 52-1 record as a senior after going 53-0 as a junior while helping Monroeville win the state team title.

He was a Walsh Ironman tournament champion and a two-time finalist while also winning Junior Nationals and helping Team Ohio capture the team title.
