Judge Ancer Haggerty

Judge Ancer L. Haggerty attended Jefferson High School where he was 177-pound City Champion and was State runner-up at 191 pounds.  He graduated from the University of Oregon in 1967 where he was a three-year letterman in football, as a freshman was undefeated at heavyweight.  A Marine Corps officer and Viet-Nam veteran, Judge Haggerty went on to graduate from Hastings Law School and in 1994 was appointed Federal District judge by President Clinton.
