Eddie Crocker
Born in Dallas, TX on July 13, 1964, Coach Eddie Crocker dedicated his life to Christ in 1974. Raised in a family of seven, his brothers began wrestling in Ohio in 1972, and inspired Eddie and his brother Terry to wrestle where each won two state titles, one in Alabama and one in Georgia. With over 30 years of coaching experience, Eddie has made a significant impact on wrestling programs in Alabama and Georgia. As Head Coach at Valdosta High School and Homewood High/Middle Schools, he contributed to 5 State Championships and 38 individual State Champions and over 120 State Placers. Currently coaching at Mountain Brook Jr High, Eddie has helped develop 9 Metro Champions and contributed to 4 State Championships.
Eddie has been happily married to his Carson-Newman sweetheart, Samuel Anne, for 38 years. Together, they have six children, all of whom he had the honor to coach: Elizabeth Lowe, Aaron-Joshua Crocker, Noah Crocker, Sarah Crocker, Hannah Watters and John-Mark Crocker. Coach Crocker treasures his roles as a husband and father and coach, truly living a dream life dedicated to his family, faith and excellence.
