Kylie Rule was a two-time Wisconsin state high school champion for Mineral Point High School in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.

She was named Wisconsin Wrestling Coaches Association Female Wrestler of the Year and was also academic all-state twice.

Rule was also a two-time National All-American.
