Peyton Hand became the first Oklahoma girls wrestler to win four state championships.

She went 28-0 with 25 pins as a senior for Choctaw High School and was named the Outstanding Wrestler of the 2023 Oklahoma State High School Wrestling Championships, after capturing her fourth title in 2023.

Hand only lost once during her high school career. She came up short in a regional match as a junior, but avenged the loss at the state tournament.

She will continue her wrestling career at Ottawa University in Kansas.
