Hank Stillman began his wrestling career at Waukesha High School as a charter member of their first wrestling team. Hank wrestled all four years of high school and was the captain of the school's first conference championship. After high school Hank attended Carroll College and became an active member of the wrestling program. He was Carroll's first four year letter winner, captained the team for two years and was twice selected MVP. Upon graduation Hank began teaching at West Allis Central High School and coached wrestling there for 12 years. As he was wrestling and coaching, he was also embarking on a career as a WIAA wrestling official. Hank has been a WIAA certified official since 1962. A knowledgeable and highly respected official, Hank has officiated at 16 state tournaments. In 1983 Hank conducted his first WIAA Rules Interpretation Meeting and has officiated at virtually every level of competition, including kids level, high school, college and AAU wrestling. Hank currently lives in Waukesha with his wife Nancy. They have two children, a son Jon and daughter, Dani After 34 years of teaching, Hank retired and sells real estate in the Milwaukee area. All other members of the family continue teaching.
