Ron Schulz

Coach / Contributor Ron Schulz has been a fixture of Florida wrestling for over thirty years. His contributions to the sport of wrestling are many. Ron has officiated for 31 years as well as being the director for the Seahorse Open for 28 years. He was a Seahorse Wrestling Club founding member. His service has been varied. With FAWA he also severed as Florida state chairman, was a south area kids director, treasurer, and open director. Ron additionally was chair of the Broward County Coaching Association. He found time to coach twenty-two years at Nova High School, seven years at Broward Community College and was a three-year assistant coach at McArthur. Ron also made time to be director of international meets with USA teams vs. the USSR, Germany, Bulgaria, Canada and Japan.
