C.P. Schlatter
C.P. Schlatter was named both NHSCA and OHSCAA Academic All American, graduating from St. Paris Graham High School in Urbana, Ohio, with a 4.06 GPA.
He is a four-time Ohio State Champion and was named the Outstanding Wrestler. His career record is 165-1, the best 4 year record in Ohio High School history. He is a FILA Cadet National Champion and was named Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament.
He was a NHSCA Senior National Champion. C.P. won the Tulsa National Championship five times and was named the MVP. Ten times he won AAU National Wrestling Championships. Three times he was a Triple Crown Award Winner -- winning at Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco. He won the 2002 Ironman Championship.
He was named Wrestler of the Year by the Springfield News, Dayton Daily News and Urbana News. Twice he was on the Asics All American Team and was also named the National Wrestling Coaches Association Wrestler of the Year.
He is involved with Relay for Life, the Campaign County Blood Drive and the Ambassador Club (Students Against Drugs). Schlatter will attend the University of Minnesota next year on a wrestling scholarship.
