Greg Oliver and Steve Johnson have worked together to promote and market wrestling, both in its current form and its history. Oliver, from Toronto, has covered pro wrestling for more than 20 years through the “Slam! Wrestling” web site, the Canadian Report newsletter, magazines and newspapers. Johnson has a PhD from the University of Virginia, has co-authored several books and written numerous articles.
