Inductee: Dale Thomas

In 34 seasons as the head wrestling coach at Oregon State, Dale Thomas compiled a record that may never be broken. His teams posted a 616-168-13 record from 1957 through 1990. Thomas’s 616 dual meet wins are the most in collegiate wrestling history. He also placed third at the NCAA championships in 1947 for Cornell College, making him part of the first team outside the state of Oklahoma to win an NCAA team championship.
