Then National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum in Waterloo, Iowa, introduced its first weeklong wrestling camp in the Dan Gable Teaching Center from August 10-14. The Dan Gable Teaching Center—located inside the museum—hosted 22 young wrestlers from the Future Trojan Wrestling. Each day consisted of two wrestling technique sessions, an education session, lunch, team building and, of course, live wrestling.

Museum namesake Dan Gable was the final clinician on the final day of the camp. He discussed the importance of the sport for young wrestlers and the lasting impact wrestling will have on a person’s life. Gable also spent a few minutes demonstrating techniques to become a champion wrestler.
