On Friday June 23, 2023, the Pennsylvania Chapter of the NWHOF held its annual Golf Outing. Avoiding the forecast of rain and the cries of "Fore," the event hosted a near record number of players, guests and volunteers.

The event is attracting more corporate sponsors, which allows the PA Chapter to continue supporting youth related charitable organizations, including wrestling programs for boys and girls in Pennsylvania and the Juvenile Diabetes Association.

Pennsylvania's wrestling rich history was represented at the event by Mike Moyer from the National Wrestling Coaches Association, PA's outstanding promoter of wrestling, Tom Elling, former National Coach of the Year, Steve Powell, and a group of PA's finest referees, led by Mark Marino.

The Pennsylvania Chapter will be holding its next fundraiser, the annual Sporting Clays for Kids on November 6, 2023.
