NJ Chapter Announces Class of 2024 Inductees

The New Jersey Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame will honor six new members at its induction banquet and awards ceremony on Sept. 22, 2024 at the Westin Hotel in Princeton, NJ.

Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to the following inductees: Richard Attonito, former New Jersey head coach and wrestling official, and the architect of the Mendham HS wrestling program, Kevin Carroll, current and longtime wrestling coach at Madison HS in New Jersey, Jay Doyle (Deceased), the founder and first head wrestling coach at East Brunswick HS in New Jersey, Rocco Forte(Deceased), former Head Wrestling Coach at Glassboro State College, now Rowan University, Ken Hart, the former Head Wrestling Coach at Lenape Valley and Newton High Schools in New Jersey, and a longtime wrestling official in the state, and John Sanders, the highly successful former head coach at Eastern High School in New Jersey.

The class of 2024 will be joined by many former inductees from the previous 22 class inductions in the New Jersey Chapter, as well as several guests who will be in attendance to enjoy a banquet-style meal with introductory activities and the awards program commencing at 1 p.m.
