Que the QR: Streamlining Our Museum's Mission

Our chapter museum director, Pete Collins, is working overtime to produce a well documented, comprehensive display of Florida’s ever growing history.

We recognize collegiate programs along side the chronicles of scholastic wrestling and of course the evolution of NWHOF Florida. The museum is expanding the accessibility of our collection. We have a large footprint at the 3-day FHSAA Championships, lights out during our Honors Weekend and in May we will set up for the inaugural Florida Wrestling Hall of Fame (FLWHOF) honoring outstanding wrestlers.

Coach Collins trailers memorabilia, shadow boxes, art, televisions, computers and no less than 80 framed pictures.  Mark Prince (C/O 2022) Graphic Art Productions has joined to streamline the collection. The team is in the process of digitizing all photos and transferring the images to display boards. This adds a new meaning to “mobile “ museum.

Que the ‘QR’ coding. Additional information about the pictures will be linked to websites and PDFs. The collection of historic FHSAA Championship programs will be coded so our visitors can open an entire program. Videos are set up for slide show productions of Florida The Next Level, Historical Visions, Girls Can Wrestle Too, and Chapter Alumni Bios. Won’t you join us?

Our Mission: To honor the sport of wrestling by preserving its history, recognizing extraordinary individual achievements, and inspiring future generations
