National Wrestling Hall of Fame Opens Executive Director Search
The National Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum's Board of Governors has opened its search for a new Executive Director to replace Lee Roy Smith, who has announced his plans to retire once a replacement has been hired.
NWCA/USMC National Duals Crowns Seven Champions
Seven team champions were crowned at the National Wrestling Coaches Association/USMC National Duals, capping two intense days of competition.
The 2026 champions are Grand View (NAIA Men), Life (NAIA Women), Northern Iowa (NCAA Division I Men), Central Oklahoma (NCAA Division II Men), Roanoke (NCAA Division III Men), North Central (NCAA Women) and Wartburg (NCAA Division III Women).
Monday Wins Gold at Yasar Dogu; Green, Bartlett Earn Bronze
The U.S. earned a trio of men’s freestyle medals on Saturday evening at the Yasar Dogu International, with Quincy Monday standing atop the 74 kg podium as tournament champion while Beau Bartlett and James Green captured bronze at 65 kg and 74 kg, respectively.
The tournament continues with the remaining five men’s freestyle weights, including Americans Greg Kerkvliet, Christian Lance and Jordan Wood competing at 125 kg.
