RUDIS – Milo of Croton

Milo of Croton, a six-time Olympic champion (540 BC – 520 BC), might be the greatest wrestler of all time. The founder of progressive strength training, Milo carried a calf on his shoulders. As the calf grew in size and weight, so did Milo‘s strength. Celebrate the oldest sport in the world with a new shirt.
