National Wrestling Hall of Fame Closed On November 4

Distinguished Member Grady Peninger Passes Away
The National Wrestling Hall of Fame was saddened to learn that Grady Peninger, a Distinguished Member inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1987, passed away on Thursday, at the age of 97.
National Wrestling Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2025
The National Wrestling Hall of Fame on Thursday announced that its Class of 2025 is Distinguished Members Darryl Burley, Matt Lindland, Terry Steiner and Greg Wojciechowski, Meritorious Official honoree Ken Mara, Order of Merit Recipient Van Stokes, Medal of Courage recipient Mark Coleman and Outstanding American honoree Terry Davis.
Taylor, Arujau score men’s freestyle bronze
Past World champions David Taylor and Vito Arujau both won bronze medals to help the United States men's freestyle team to a fourth-place finish at the 2024 Senior World Championships in Tirana, Albania.
Kilty, Welker Score Bronze, U.S. Women Finish 3rd
The duo of Macey Kilty and Kylie Welker each won a bronze medal at the 2024 Senior World Championships.
The U.S. came in third place with 40 points. Japan outdistanced the field with 90 team points on its way to the title.
Distinguished Member Bender Receives ACES Stephen D. Ducoff Leadership Award
USA Wrestling Executive Director Rich Bender has received the respected Stephen D. Ducoff Leadership Award as presented by ACES, the Association of Chief Executives of Sport.
Distinguished Member Baumgartner Elected to UWW Bureau
USA Wrestling President Bruce Baumgartner was elected to a position on the United World Wrestling Bureau.
