Pittsburgh Hosts CLAW's SUPER DUAL ONE On November 29
The Champions League of American Wrestling, LLC (CLAW) will host SUPER DUAL ONE on November 29 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse at Duquesne University.
The championship meet for wrestling’s professional league features the Cradle City Cicadas and Leopards, winners of the Liberty and Justice Divisions, respectively.
Both teams are undefeated and feature some of the biggest names in the sport, including World Champion and Penn State legend Zain Retherford , who was the Pennsylvania and National winner of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame's Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award in 2013, of the Cicadas.
“We are thrilled to hold this historic event in a major hotbed of wrestling," said Commissioner Tom Houck. "Not only will fans be treated to elite wrestling, but we are putting on a show that will entertain those experiencing the sport for the very first time. This is a wonderful addition to the holiday weekend.”
In addition to the main event, ticket holders gain free admission to The Red Carpet Show at 1:30 p.m. and Superstar Pro Clinic led by CLAW athletes Peyton Hall and Reece Humphrey at 2 p.m. Hall is a three-time NCAA All-American for West Virginia University, and Humphrey is a multiple time World Team member and two-time All-American for Ohio State University. Festivities in the arena begin at 4 p.m., followed by the main event at 4:30 p.m.
