Longtime Minnesota Chapter Board Member Noel Bailey To Retire

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Minnesota Chapter will Honor long time committee member Noel Bailey, who is retiring from the Committee after 12 years as a key outstanding board member for his dedication and leadership! The Aitkin head coach of 33 years had 269 career coaching wins, and a MWCA Hall of Fame member was a 2011 National Wrestling Hall of Fame Minnesota Chapter Lifetime Service to Wrestling honoree!

Minnesota Chapter president Spencer Yohe praised Noel for “being one of the finest team members on the chapter board in his 21 Years as chapter of president”. “Members like Noel is why we have a high performing chapter board. We will definitely miss Noel”! 

Noel will be replaced by another northern Minnesota wrestling legend in the likes of long time Grand Rapids coach Dan Jinks! Dan is known as “The Paul Bunyan of Grand Rapids”. A 2022 Lifetime Service to Wrestling honoree (Dan)! Grand Rapids has the most honorees in the Minnesota Chapter with eight!
