Michael Blair

Michael Blair earned nine varsity letters in football, wrestling, and outdoor track & field for Trinity College.

In 2006, he won the George Sheldon McCook Trophy as the College's Most Outstanding Senior Male Athlete.

As a wrestler, Blair won the New England Wrestling Association heavyweight championship for four-consecutive years and became the first wrestler in New England Division III history to earn All-American four times.

He holds the Trinity College's season wrestling record for wins with 36 in 2004-05 and 30 matches in three different seasons. He holds Trinity's season record for winning percentage at .947 (34-2 in 2004-05) and pins with 18 in 2005-06.

Blair is Trinity's all-time leader in wins with 125, 27 more than any other wrestler, and its all-time leader in winning percentage at .925 for his career (125-10).

In football, he won the New England Small College Athletic Conference Defensive MVP award in 2005, and was named to the All-New England team for shot put as a first-year.

Blair was inducted into the Trinity College Athletics Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2022.
