Matt Ciasulli was a three-time Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state champion, a two-time District 11 champion, a three-time Northeast Regional champion, and had a career record of 133-11 for Easton High School.

He attended Lehigh University and was a three-time NCAA qualifier.

Ciasulli and Olympic gold medalist and National Wrestling Hall of Fame Distinguished Member Bobby Weaver, also an Easton High School alum, were the only two three-time Pennsylvania state champions to attend Lehigh.
