Jarrett Hubbard

Jarrett Hubbard was an Illinois state wrestling champion for West Joliet High School in Joliet, Illinois.

He was a two-time NCAA champion, three-time finalist and four-time All-American for the University of Michigan. Hubbard also won three Big Ten Conference championships and was a four-time finalist.

In 1974, Hubbard became the second four-time NCAA Division I All-American when he won his second national title at 150 pounds. The University of Oklahoma's Gary Breece had become the first four-time NCAA DI All-American earlier in the tournament when he won his first national championship at 118 pounds.

He was captain of the wrestling team and was named Most Valuable Athlete by the Michigan student body in both his junior and senior years.
