Jason Kraisser was a four-time Maryland state champion with a career record of 159-4 for Centennial High School in Ellicott City, Maryland.

He was a Fargo Freestyle All-American, a National High School Coaches Association freshman national champion and finished third in the United World Wrestling Cadet Nationals.

Kraisser also lettered in cross country and lacrosse.

His brother, Nathan, was the Maryland winner of the Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award winner in 2012 and his brother, Austin, was the Maryland winner in 2016.
