Grace Kristoff was a three-time Illinois girls state champion and a four-time finalist for Althoff Catholic High School.

She was a member of the boys varsity wrestling team all four years and was team captain as a senior.

Kristoff finished eighth at the Junior World Championships in 2016 and 2017 and third at Junior Nationals in 2017 and fourth in 2016.

She was also a four-time Illinois state girls freestyle champion.

Kristoff helped McKendree University win two national titles at the NCAA level, placing third in the NCAA in 2021 at 191 pounds and fourth in the NCAA in 2022 at 170 pounds in the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships. Three-time NCWWC All-American and an NAIA champion.
