Luke Pletcher was a three-time Pennsylvania state high school wrestling champion and a four-time state finalist for Greater Latrobe High School.

After winning the state title and going 41-2 as a freshman, he defeated the defending state champion in overtime as a sophomore to finish with a perfect 43-0 record.

Following a return to the state finals as a junior, Pletcher captured his third state title while going 43-1 to finish his career with a 166-5 career record.

Pletcher was also a two-time Super 32 champion and a FloNationals champion. He defeated 2015 Cadet World champion Yianni Diakomilhalis at the Who’s #1 event and finished fifth at the 2015 United World Wrestling Junior Nationals.
