Scott Gibbons
Scott Gibbons is regarded as the most accomplished wrestler in Archbishop Rummel High School.
After finishing fifth as a freshman at the Louisiana state tournament, Gibbons never lost another match in the state tournament while winning championships at 160 pounds, 171 pounds and 195 pounds from 2010-12. He led the Raiders to their first outright district and state team championships in 2011 and was named All-Metro three times.
He finished his career with a 203-25 record, including a 40-0 season as a senior. Fifteen of his career losses happened in his freshman year when he was 53-15.
Gibbons was a six-time All-American at Fargo and a finalist at the Beast of the East tournament.
His excellence on the mat and in the classroom earned him a scholarship to Princeton University.
