Nico Megaludis was a three-time Pennsylvania state wrestling champion and had a career record of 170-1 for Franklin Regional High School.

After going 37-1 and finishing third in the state at 103 pounds as a freshman, he began a string of undefeated seasons. Megaludis won three state titles in a row going 46-0 and winning at 112 pounds as a sophomore, 36-0 and winning at 119 pounds and 51-0 and winning at 125 pounds as a senior.
