Bryan not only wrestled at Moon Valley high School, but returned to his alma mater to coach for a whopping 40 years. He currently remains the head coach at MVHS and would like to add to the incredible stats that his teams have accumulated thus far. His teams have placed in the top 10 from 1982 to the present. They captured the 4A State Title in 2010 and have piled up 28 regional Championships in the 5A and 4A divisions. His teams produced 19 state champions, 97 state placers, and have won 466 dual meets. He has been selected to coach State All Star teams 4 times. Bryan is a founding member of the Scholastic Division of the national Wrestling Coaches Association Board of Directors. He was selected as the National Wrestling Coaches Association Section 8 coach of the Year in 2011. Bryan has served as the State Wrestling Tournament director and serves on numerous committees both locally and nationally.
