Sisto is an icon in the Chandler Arizona community. He has been actively involved in the community wrestling programs there since 1975. Sisto has acted in the capacity of varsity assistant at Chandler High School from 1982 to the present. While there, he helped coach the teams to both regional and State Championships in 1989 & 1990. He was selected to coach the 1989 South All Star Team in 1989 and was named Region 8 "Assistant Coach of the Year" in 1997 by the National Wrestling Coaches Association. Sisto is both a Bronze and Silver Level coach with AZ-USA Wrestling. He coached the youth wrestling clubs in Chandler for 27 years and during that same period has helped run AZ-USA Wrestling tournaments. Sisto has also given his time to help run the Sunkist Open Wrestling Tournament and the State High School Wrestling Tournament. Sisto has been very active with the cultural exchange wrestling teams by both hosting foreign teams and as a coach on international trips. For his tireless efforts in helping youth he was inducted into the City of Chandler Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
