Ralph Williams comes from wrestling stock. He was a 2x state placer (3rd and 2nd) and named Nashville Banner Mid-Tennessee Best Wrestler as a senior. Ralph officiated for 14 years and was a regular at the state tournament when there were only eight officials working the tournament. Ralph moved into a Supervisor’s role in 2008 where he helped establish an evaluation system for the state’s wrestling referees to encourage development and consistency. Ralph just finished his 40th year serving our great sport.
