Adam Duncan was a three-time South Carolina state wrestling champion with a career record of 120-9 record for West Oak High School.

He helped the Warriors win their first state team wrestling title in 1994, which was the first state title in any sport in school history. Duncan was named the South Carolina High School Wrestler of the Year and was twice selected as the Division AA Wrestler of the Year.

Duncan also won the Southern Open and three state freestyle championships while being named State Freestyle Wrestler of the Year in 1995 and earning a spot on the Tour deMond National Team.

He had a career GPA of 3.80 and was a part of a peer mediation team while also being active in Boy Scouts and 4-H.

Duncan continued his wrestling career at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was a two-time Southern Conference champion and two-time NCAA tournament qualifier.
