Tyson Terry

Tyson Terry became the first heavyweight wrestler in history to win four Nebraska state championships, going a perfect 169-0 for Omaha North High School.

He was also a standout in football and plans to continue his career on the gridiron at the University of Nebraska.

Terry finished his career with 315 tackles, including 48 tackles for loss, 17 sacks, five pass breakups, a pair of blocked field goals and a touchdown. He missed the majority of his senior year with an injury but managed to make 46 tackles, including nine tackles for loss and two sacks. His play helped the Vikings to a 9-3 record and a trip to the state semifinals. Terry had a breakout freshman season when he had 85 tackles and 12 tackles for loss.
