Molly Allen

A native of Oakland, Iowa, Molly Allen has been immersed in wrestling since childhood, growing up in a household with four brothers who fueled her competitive spirit. She began wrestling at the age of four and quickly developed into a standout athlete.

Competing against both boys and girls for Riverside High School in Oakland, Iowa, she made history alongside her brother, Blake, as the first sibling duo to win back-to-back Iowa state titles in 2023 and 2024. 

A four-time state champion, Allen also captured titles at Fargo, Super 32, and Preseason Nationals. As a freshman, she competed on the boys team, finishing the season with a 29-7 record and qualifying for the state tournament. 

Allen continues to push boundaries in the sport, inspiring the next generation of wrestlers with her dedication and achievements.
