Carter Nogle was a three-time Maryland Independent Schools state champion and had a career record of 125-19 for Mount Saint Joseph High School in Laurel, Maryland.

He competed for the Headhunters Wrestling Club for four years and was three-time Fargo All-American in Greco-Roman. Nogle finished third at U17 U.S. Open and sixth in U20 U.S. Open while also winning Northeast Regional and being a two-time Journeymen Fall Classic finalist.

Nogle was a National Honor Society member with a 4.78 GPA and earned the Spanish Global Seal of Biliteracy.
