Rose Kaplan was a two-time Indiana state champion and a four-time state finalist for West Lafayette High School in West Lafayette, Indiana.

She was Junior Folkstyle Nationals champion and Super 32 runner-up in 2023. Also in 2023, Kaplan finished fourth at Junior Nationals, seventh at U23 Nationals, eighth at U20 Nationals, and was member of Junior Nationals All-Tournament Team. She was runner-up at the Junior Folkstyle Nationals and finished fourth at Preseason Nationals in 2022.

Kaplan will attend Indiana Institute of Technology.
