Beau Mantanona was a California Interscholastic Federation state champion and a three-time CIF state place-winner for Palm Desert High School in Bermuda Dunes, California.

He finished runner-up as a junior and in third place as a sophomore while posting a career prep record of 125-5.

Mantanona pinned Tyler Kasak in the 145-pound match at FloWrestling's 2022 Who's Number On tournament while also capturing titles at the Super 32 in 2021 and at the Doc Buchanan in 2022 and 2023.

He wrestled for the United States at the 2021 Cadet Freestyle World Championships and was a two-time Fargo place-winner, including second place in 2022.

Mantanona graduated Cum Laude from Palm Desert High School.
