Hayden Lieb was a four-time Alaska state wrestling champion for Bethel High School. He became the 16th Alaska boy, and the second from Bethel to win four individual wrestling crowns.

He also helped Bethel win three team championships and finished with a career record of 139-12.

Lieb was twice being named ASAA D2 Outstanding Wrestler and was named to the USA Senior All-America team.

He was co-winner of the 2020 Alaska Sports Hall of Fame Pride of Alaska Youth Award for boys and was a National Honor Society member.

He signed a letter of intent to wrestle at the University of Wyoming.
