Buzz Roberts
Growing up on a farm in Presho, South Dakota, Buzz Roberts' first 8 years of schooling were in a rural one-room schoolhouse. After completing his B.S. in Education and Masters in Secondary Education degrees from Black Hills Teachers College in Spearfish, SD, Buzz took his first teaching job in Mountain Home, Idaho in 1956. In 1959, Buzz took the reigns of the MHHS Wrestling team, where he coached 14 place winners and one champion at the Idaho State Wrestling Championships during his tenure as head coach until 1972. Buzz then spent another 10 years "on the whistle" as on e of the top-tier wrestling officials in Idaho. Buzz Retired from teaching in 1991 and still lives in Mountain Home.
